Fronting on Canada is no longer allowed! With acts like Saukrates, Choclair, Swollen Members, and Obscure Disorder, it’s evident that the country up north has a nice little scene going on. Obscure Disorder returns with their third single, still keeping my attention. “2004″ features Non-Phixion, as the two groups combine over some bouncy, yet choppy production, and it sounds fresh. B-side gives “The Entree” which delves into a more experimental sound, meshing deep bass and strange tones, while A-Trak furiously cuts up the hook. I’m on the a-side, but fans of more unconventional hip-hop might like side B better. Another consistent 12″ from the O.D. representatives.
