Lil Jon will finally release his long-overdue, Crunk Rock LP, on June 8th, which was announced right after the release of his last LP, Crunk Juice, in 2005. At the time, Jon’s vision was to record an actual rock and roll / hip-hop mash-up type of record, but with the ever changing styles of popular music, Crunk Rock has changed as well.

Jon has finally finished the album, set to be released via his new imprint on Universal Republic, as confirmed by Universal Records. Several tracks have been released as singles, each touching on a different style: “Get Outta Your Mind” (feat. LMFAO) is an agressive 100 BPM club banger, while “Miss Chocolate” is a urban flavored slow jam; “Work It Out” is an uptempo dutch-house anthem with DJ Chuckie and Pitbull, while “I Do” is a bouncy Swizz Beatz knocker feat. Snoop Dogg, while “Pop That Pussy” is a nasty down-south anthem. It seems like this time around, Jon is throwing all kinds of stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks. An unofficial list of recorded tracks for the album is below, but no word on which will be included on the final cut.
