Jay-Z and Eminem appeared at Comerica Park tonight to announce a pair of shows that will take place in New York and Detroit, respectively. The two will perform at both Yankee Stadium on September 13th and home of the Detroit Tigers, Comerica Park on September 2nd. Jay will headline the New York event, while Em will headline the Detroit show. Tickets go on sale June 2nd.
Far be it from us to say, but what’s the point of all this, besides being dope as fuck? Given the duo’s work together recently for DJ Hero, could they be gearing up for Renegades: The Album? Someone start a petition.
