Here’s the first (apparent) single from Detox, since “Under Pressure” has been pushed aside. Dre and Snoop reunite, with a little help from Akon. Cue the pianos.

LISTEN: Dr. Dre – “Kush” (feat. Akon + Snoop Dogg)
Terrible….hot garbage. 10 yrs and he comes with this shit?
Sounds like everyone else. Too bad…dude was a trendsetter and now he’s letting this young cats dictate his sound and style.
To all you rappers who are older than 30… Your sound is soul not synths, hand claps and wack beats. Stop trying to sell to these young cats. If you didn’t get the memo…they all want you to retire. Make music for the people who got you here and stop bing what your not…..
It’s ok. Nate Dogg would of killed this. I can’t stand Akon.
this is a huge disappointment. the beat is fucking wack . akon is annoying. this doesn’t even come close to meeting the high expectations he have for dre. common this is the guy that did “nuthin but a g thing” “california love” “in da club” “still d.r.e” and this is the crap he comes out with
It’s so so. I was expecting something a bit heavier. I don’t know about Akon, guess he did his thing. The Doc has definitely come out with iller singles in the past…
I like the beat actually (imagine it with proper quality and the volume up) but Akon doesn’t belong on this at all
I guess Dre tried to go trendy with the Akon vocals, will T-PaIN AND Lil Wayne be on the album as well?
Hopefully this won’t make the album after all
