Can someone school me as to why Rick Ross gets a pass for selling wolf tickets? No sarcasm here Im really asking! Everyone knows he is fake so why are guys like Wu-tang and others co-signin like its ok by doing tracks with them? IS it ok? Im no hater but I like to stick to the real and dont see why “real” heads would let him get down on their albums?
@Jerzey Joe
My dude I am scratching my head asking myself the same fucking question. To me it seems like no matter how real artist present themselves to be they are still trying to get that dough at the end of the day so they think that by having a Rick Ross type on their album it’ll generate that teeny bopper audience money. Or it could just be record label poli-tricks. Either way dudes like you and I will probably just be labled as haters at the end of the day for giving a fuck about the culture and integrity of it.
Jim Jones showing up on another Wu Album? He is the pinacle of whats wrong with these new Nursery Ryme BS!
I really hope that isn’t the album cover.
I also wish there were a “ft. Wu-Tang Clan” alongside one of the tracks.
If your album is called ‘Shaolin vs Wu-Tang’, can’t you at least come up with a dope album cover rather than your face? Is this left over from the Immobilarity cover shoot?
