Aloe covers Jay-Z’s Rick Rubin produced hit “99 Problems” on Radio One, with a little influence from Kanye. Oh-oh-oh-oh-ooooh!
The only covers I want to hear at this moment are from cris cab
Wow, not bad….I wasn’t sure what to hear reading the title, but I think he did it justice on the soul tip!
Dudes like Aloe Blacc and Frank Ocean are making R&B listenable again.
Dope shit.
@sevenchild, I need to peep Frank Ocean still but I concur with your statement… Like RZA said R&B is Rap and Bullsh#t these days and it’s refreshing to hear people actually doing REAL r&b music again. Peep Sharon Jones and The Dap Kings albums if you want some real r&b too! I’ve been a fan of theirs for years and just got to see them in concert this past January, they put on a ridiculously choice live show.
Actually… That WAS kinda’ nice… Like @djhectorv, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’d listen to it more than once…
