Boston emcee Akrobatik is in stable condition after open heart surgery that followed was is being described as “a massive heart attack”. Mr. Lif confirmed his status earlier this weekend on Twitter.Here’s hoping he makes a speedy recovery.

bRAD says: @TomL – No it isn’t you ignorant fool. Granted these things can be factors in having a heart attack, but rarely in someone so young. Usually an underlying weakness somewhere around that region is the cause which has gone un-noticed until now.
