Will Fox News touch this?

“My fight against terrorism, to me, the biggest terrorist is Obama in the United States of America. For me, I’m trying to fight the terrorism that’s causing the other forms of terrorism. You know the root cause of terrorists is the stuff the U.S. government allows to happen. The foreign policies that we have in place in different countries that inspire people to become terrorists.”

“I don’t vote. No I don’t vote. I don’t get involved in politics. It’s meaningless. To be honest,” he said. “If I’m going to say I stand behind this person and write on a piece of paper that says, ‘yeah I stand for this person,’ then I have to take responsibility for everything he does cause that’s just who I am as a human being. So politicians aren’t going to do that because I don’t want you to bomb some village in the middle of nowhere.”

@Dayz, I agree, but why single out Obama? He’s our current president, but isn’t the man that set us down this path and isn’t even the man that has done the most harm. This has been going on forever and year, and for Lupe to just say Obama’s a terrorist is just some headline grabbing dumbshit, trying to be controversial.

@VJ, Don’t act like the U.S. is the only imperialist country that has a terrible foreign policy. We’re currently the most dominant, but let’s keep shit in perspective and realize that while the U.S. has been the most egregious in this matter in the latter half of the 20th century, the Western world (Europe, etc.) does not have bloodless hands in this matter.

  • Jimmy Conway says:

“Lupe’s quote sounds like a freshman in college that just read a Chomsky book and thinks he has a full grasp on our foreign policy. Fuck that. To call Obama a terrorist and pretend like our foreign policy hasn’t been self serving, incredibly destructive and imperialist at its base for over a century is just ignorant. Dood has no perspective in this matter.”

I think that pretty much sums it up.

Then I think of his audience and it all makes sense.

  • VJ says:

@k4nc3r I don’t think this at all. But the US is the only one really butting in to how my country is being run. I consider my country to be one of the most free in the world in terms of how you able to express yourself but this is an attack. It doesn’t say much about our prime minister though either.

“I don’t get involved in politics”

    That statement alone is political.
