recycled beat… other than that.. not too bad

  • Dayz says:

Is it just me or no matter who the emcee is I really don’t care to listen to them rap over beats already used??? I mean I used to hear some old freestyles on mixtapes back in the 90s and it was cool but today? Too many people always remake songs with the same beat… Recycle reduce and reuse… Sigh…

Joell is the shit. Glad to see somehow someway him and Slim are on a label together, with or without Dre, haha

  • McNulty says:

@Dayz- definately! That shit is so lazy, and there are so many really good beats out there, so there’s no excuse.

  • Teletran-1 says:

But this Ortiz M. O. He is always dropping freestyles and whole song concepts on already established tracks. But the whole thing is getting played though. Hip-hop before ..original and sporadic. Hip-hop now….biters, and marketing techniques that play out established said sporadic-ness.
