“Ride To Dat” is the follow up to Libretto’s classic single “Volume” ft. Lifesavas and it finds him at the top of his game trading verses with Detroit’s Guilty Simpson. Jumbo’s remix of “Ride To Dat” transforms this certified summer jam into a hard hitting, breakbeat backed track that is the perfect compliment for these two Hip-Hop heavyweights to toast to.
This remix, along with the original version, a Rev Shines Remix, and the B-side track “Da Bump!” are available on the Fat Beats distributed 12″ vinyl single, as well as digital download from Liquid Beat Records and Slum Funk Entertainment.
Not too hot beatwise.
I went by 2nd Avenue Records and Everyday Records in Portland yesterday to look for the 12″ but they didn’t have it. Libretto, are you still living in Portland?
