Stones Throw tells us:

MF DOOM has teamed up with Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood for an as-yet-untitled track to appear on the Lex Records compilation is called Complex. It’ll be made available digitally on a week-by-week, track-by track basis until mid-January, at which point the whole set will be released on picture disc vinyl.

DOOM will head out on a UK tour in November, teaming up with Ghostface Killah and Jneiro Jarel for a show in London. Dates are below.
