Spax, a German emcee, collaborated with Guru on a track called “Traume” in 1999, while in support of Gang Starr’s Moment of Truth tour. The song has been given an updated remix treatment for this video, which shows newly uncovered footage of Gang Starr on stage and in the studio. R.I.P. Guru, Fuck Solar.
“Träume” (Dreams) was actually released on the 2003 album “Engel und Ratten” (Angels and Rats), produced by and featuring Guru, also featuring Frank Kuruc on guitar
RIP Keith, fuck Premier fanboys.
ok no Fran Kuruc classical guitar in this;
he was, however, featured on the original version
They couldn’t come up with a more unimaginative piano melody?
I prefer the original mix but it is always great to hear anything with Guru on it. Rest in peace Guru!
@Mihau, what did you mean when you say “f#$k Premier fanboys”? Are you saying you do like him or you don’t like his fans? …And why would you hate either? It’s kind of an odd statement in a forum like this… Just curious what you really meant?
His “moment of truth” days were definitely the best
