Willie Evans Jr. continues to push his “Introducin’” full length album released via Sucio Smash’s High Water Music. The Florida native, MC/Producer, released one of the strongest hip hop albums of the year…although severely slept on. Today marks the first official music video for the title/album track “Introducin’.”
@Bronson72 if you haven’t heard him and his crew the AB’s aka Asamov definitely get their LP “And now…” CLASSIC!!! Then you can hate on Jay-Z and the producers of Empire State of Mind like me for jackin’ the same sample from Supa Dynamite… Which is a way better song too!
Good lookin Dayz, I’m on it. As for Celph, my bad Model Citizen, I thought dood was from CT or some shit.
@Bronson72 No doubt, I always enjoy getting the word out about artists/LPs/shows/etc… If you like Willie’s solo stuff you will really like the Asamov LP. I also recommend Paten Locke’s (another Asamov group member) LP “Super Ramen Rocketship” …Also Celph Titled is from Tampa FL but moved to NYC.
‘Almost There’ by the Smile Rays…….
@DJ have you got a 45 adapter? WOW! Never heard of this group before thanks for sharing! I have only be researching them for a few minutes while listening to the couple songs they have on youtube but their aongs are choice! I love anything AB members do! I see they are not easily found on the web but one website lets you listen to snippets of their LP “Smilin’ On You” which has “Almost There” on it… Amazon has an import LP “Party Place” but no track listing or snippets… Any word on how I can their recordings?
