jack in the box says: Corny all the way through. Common is so disconnected from “the people” that it’s ridiculous.
Dayz says: Like I said before having a sung r&b hook is not my thing. It should be done in Hip Hop sparingly… If his whole LP is songs like these it’ll be an easy pass for me… I am a fan of Common but not so much for these types of songs by any emcee, just my opinion…
Machiventa says: Yeah it’d be alright without this fucking John Legend guy that be ruining hip hop lately.
Dayz says: I like John Legend doing John Legend songs but the overuse of R&B hooks on rap songs is an obvious ploy to gain more acceptance and radio spins, really irks me…
