jack in the box says: After all these years (I got his first tape), I still haven’t gotten used to Brother Ali’s voice. This is cool, not one of Jake One’s best beats, but Ali’s writing makes this joint.
Dayz says: Brother Ali is one of the best emcees to emerge in the scene in the past decade hands down. His live shows are bar none incredible. Jake One is ridiculous, love his style of production. I hadn’t heard about this project and definitely stoked for the LP! Love the concept of this song, he speaks what I feel all the time about writing.
