Harlem femcee Azealia Banks has had a steady buzz on the internet, getting props from people like Steve Aoki and Kreayshawn via Twitter, thanks to her ode-to-dining-at-the-Y, “212″, which essentially a vocal version of Lazy Jay’s “Float My Boat”. She tweeted last night that she has now signed to Universal Music.

Meh… New wave lameness, not a fan… Sounds like more electro Nikki Hip Pop trash to me… I checked out some of her other stuff on youtube a few weeks ago and wasn’t impressed.
