Canadian TV network The Score recently invited underground rap legend R.A. The Rugged Man to their studios to discusses the state of the Rugged Man’s favorite sport: boxing. In the interview, R.A. touches on Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao, Mixed Martial Arts, Sugar Ray Leonard, the heavyweight division, rising star Andre Ward, K.O. artist Julian Jackson, and more. New album from R.A. coming soon.
I love the fact that RA continues to son Lil Floyd. That back and fourth between the two on the Rude Jude show was classic.
Video will not play…
r.a. the rugged man is such a bum. one official album in like 20 years and he acts like he’s some kind of hip hop legend. talking shit to a pro boxer just cuz you’re a super fan? corny. boxing is rigged, politically fueled, non sense. i love how the boxing purists get their panties in a twist when you say boxing as a popular sport is dead. 4 PPV draws in the whole business and they’re all old, getting ready to hang it up. r.a. the rugged man should spend more time working on music, and less time talking about boxng like he wouldn’t get knocked the fuck out by half the weirdos going to his lame ass rap shows. r.a. the rugged man, delusional clown with a bigger bark than bite.
