He went to the jewelry store and bought a house:
The day after his sold out show at S.O.B.’s, 2 Chainz came through the Toca Tuesdays studio. Of course Tony had to get him to rhyme. Tune in to Toca Tuesdays each and every Tuesday from 8p to Midnight on Shade 45.
wasn’t trying to make it a pissing contest on any level. If you like him that’s totally cool I just don’t particularly like his music or the direction the mainstream is going. I don’t necessarily agree that the artform has changed as much as what the media dictates is popular has changed. When the radio bumped ATCQ all day the masses loved it when they bump Wacka Flocka all day the masses love it… Hip Hop music in the traditional form is alive and well. To me it’s just a shame that kids today get bombarded with music that I happen to think is negative mindless trash from the media and I feel if they were bombarded with more artistic, positive and creative stuff they would like that just the same and it would benefit them… Oh well it’s just my humble opinion I will get of my soapbox now…
Have yet to be impressed by dude, but the only tracks ive heard are on MTV.
