Super Baked produced by Fastlane. Look out for a new track “Mayan Stop Watch” from his upcoming EP Illuminated, produced by DJ Mighty Mi to drop soon. Hopefully Alex the worm king is back and Cage has totally Depated from his last album. I’d rather see him hangin’ with Beetlejuice than of Shia.

this guy still alive ? i thought vast aire terminated him. hehehe. Keep the beef going. Adds a bit of spice to this boring crap style he always had if you ask me. Remember when cage said em was biting him, pffff…..

Cage is one of those artists that slipped through the cracks for me. I had heard the name but never heard his music. I am a huge fan of Eminem so I just really knew him as the guy Em dissed on his first LP. I then saw a video or two of his off the last album and it was just way too emo for me. I gave this song a listen and I can dig it. Perhaps I’ll go back and peep some of his older songs. Any suggestions of tracks to listen to guys?

@dayz, his first album Movies for the Blind is pretty solid all the way though, that is a good way to get acclimated with Cage, the Smut Peddlers album is good too. Hell’s Winter is probably his best overall work, but has a different personality to it.

That pick reminds me of dude from Sin City that got his johnson shot off.

@Dayz, Cage’s early work and his last record are so different from each other that you would never guess it was the same artist if it wasn’t for his voice. His old shit is similar in some ways to early Em (for lack of a better comparison) in terms of subject matter like drugs, sex, mental illness, hatred for a parent(in Cage’s case his step dad), depression etc. Cage’s old shit is darker and more nihilistic though and it never crosses into silly territory like Em does. Like somebody else said, “Movies for the Blind,” is a very good record all the way through, but my favorite record he did was the “Leak Bros.” album with Tame One. The whole fucking record is about PCP and it never gets redundant. In terms of tracks “Agent Orange” is the classic choice, it has a sick Necro beat too, I would start there.
