Soul crooner Mayer Hawthorne gets back his DJ roots in an ode to the potent Hennessy and ginger ale cocktail in his new video for “Henny & Gingerale”, off of his latest album How Do You Do.

One thing though, maybe it’s just me and the circles of girls/women I know but I have never met a single one that would drink Henny or any cognac, burbon, whiskey, etc… All those are men’s drinks where I’m from and girls stick to Vodka, wine and beer. Seriously though do any of y’alls know girls who drink the rough stuff?
