Longtime fans will remember that Raekwon’s debut was originally issued on a purple cassette, with many of their original copies long gone, or with the print smeared off. This new edition comes packaged in an amazing deluxe piano lacquer display box, emblazoned with the words The Purple Tape. Inside the box is the purple cassette version of Only Built… with J-Card, plus a 36 page hardcover book that includes extended artwork, and new liner notes written by Raekwon and Brian Coleman. It also includes a 24″ x 24″ promotional poster of the cover art and sticker. The package weighs 4 lbs and is limited to 1000 copies.
