RZA sat down with The Breakfast Club to speak on his new film, The Man With The Iron Fists. During the interview, he spoke on the prospect of next year’s 20th anniversary of the Wu-Tang Clan, suggesting that they may do one more album and/or world tour to “close the book” on the Wu-Tang dynasty.

“I don’t know… I know the 20th anniversary is coming up. Some of the brothers are talking about potentially going back in, myabe do a world tour. One last hurrah to close the book. 20 years is a long time for a hip-hop artist to be in the game,” RZA told the Breakfast Club.

“Right now, I think all the brothers are aboard. Get it crackin’, get the cash rule correct, and bong-bong,” RZA said in regards to the potential final LP. “Wu-Tang is my heart, even though I make movies and all that, it still comes from that same wave length. So it would be a pleasure for me to do it.”

So, which record label is going to step up to the plate for Wu-Tang Twenty?

As long as RZA produces the entire thing and all the production needs to be sample based like their first LP not all this corny keyboard mess he’s been doing for years now. I haven’t really liked any of his production since the 90′s. Keyboard synths will never sound as dope as some old crusty dusty sampled material. RZA became a legend in production then “evolved musically” in to this weak pale comparison of himself. PLEASE RZA get back to what made you famous in the first place or don’t even do another Wu-Tang LP! They have tarnished their collective name enough with their subpar LPs.

Exactly Dayz, Rza was the best from 93-97. The beats on all of the Wu solos and group albums were top notch. His beats since then have left a lot to be desired. I can still listen to the old Wu albums, and they are still better than 95 percent of the crap today.
