Dre probably knows that rap music doesnt sell shit nowadays and doesnt care to release it. I was in high school when “2001″ dropped, I still remember the huge fit he threw over Napster, him & Metallica were the 2 artists who complained about it the most. If it bothered Dre back then I assume the current state of the business must disgust him. That’s why he got into another business ; you cant download them expensive ass headphones. Dre is gonna keep promising that album to people because it keeps his name in the headlines while he promotes his headphones, but I highly doubt he’ll ever release it. He probably views it as a waste of time.
