Exclusive in-depth interview from Hard Knock TV with Brother Ali. In part 1 he talks about Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman and how people are trying to work around the fact that the case demonstrates institutional racism in America and that a lot of people would rather ignore it. Brother Ali says that we are speaking in codes and that in order to truly address what is going on when need to unpack those codes.

    Can we stop promoting this guy letting him spread his hate and racism behind the veil of being anti-racist. This guy is such a constant race-baiting piece of shit.

    @Atom:

    How is Ali spreading hate? And how is he being a race-baiter? I’m not being sarcastic or anything. I really want to know why you see that.

  • Atom says:

    You obviously never heard his other interview on DJ Vlad where he says so much racist shit. His whole speech there and here is basically telling people that WHITE PEOPLE HAVE IT EASY and that BLACK PEOPLE ARE VICTIMS OF THIS WHITE SOCIETY. If you don’t see how that would incite people of other races to hate white people and create racial tension, you are ignorant. He never has the balls to call out any black instances of racism, like the black flash mobs of the last two years attacking white people (check out the book White Girl Bleed A lot), or how violent black on white crime is at ridiculous levels compared to white on black crime. Things people never want to talk about. I can’t even finish this video or take anything after he is still pulling the race card in the Zimmerman trial. When there has been ZERO evidence this was motivated by race at all. Technically, the only racial SLUR anybody muttered was Trayvon Martin telling his friend on the phone that Zimmerman was a “creepy ass cracka.” Ali even has the nerve to say “SO CALLED SCUFFLE.” There was a scuffle, there is physical evidence out the ass (watch the trial) and witnesses. God, I HATE this dude. I’m not going to even debate this anymore. Anybody who has a brain in the skull knows what the deal. If you can’t figure it out by now how this dude is exactly what I said above, oh well, live in your racist world where “WHITE PEOPLE ARE EVIL RACISTS” and “BLACK PEOPLE ARE POOR VICTIMS.” You people have the nerve to try to spew racist shit and then pretend to speak against racism. You are inciting unneeded tension between races, not to mention hurting the black community by continuously telling them they are always victims of racism and anything bad that happens to them is not their fault, it’s the white man.

    Atom, you just said everything I wanted to say, and I am a black who is far more concerned with black on black violence than I am for the small percentage of white on black violence. Plus George Zimmerman is hispanic, so I don’t get the whole black and white angle here. This whole case reaks of media manipulation and race baiting by people like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson and now this punk Brother Ali. The media showed Trayvon pics when he was a 12 year old boy, plus they said he lived in a gated community, making the neighborhood seem like a wonderful place to live, yet my ex who lives 10 minutes from where the crime happenned says that the neighborhood was crime central. People like Brother Ali are the very reason we still have racism, and the sad fact is that I see far more racism coming from our community than whites or hispanics.

  • Atom says:

    That is refreshing to hear Man the Myth. I have known some black people who share your views, and sometimes they are afraid to to speak out in their own community because they feel like they will be blacklisted (no pun) for having those thoughts. One concern they have, like you stated, was black on black crime. Black on black crime happens all at very high rates and people the age of Trayvon are killed all the time for far less than attacking somebody, and there is no level of outrage like has happened with the Zimmerman situation. All it took was somebody non-black to do it, and that sent a lot of people into a frenzy. That is the definition of a double standard and racist. People get shot all the time for owing money, bumping into somebody, or being associated with the wrong people. Yet, if you asked these same people who are claiming they are ready to riot if Zimmerman goes free, “What would you do if you were strapped and some guy (even if you had your eye on them at first) sucker punched you, then started slamming your head into the ground?” Those same people would say “I’d shoot his punk ass”. lol. I’m so glad you said what you said, and it gives me hope. Once people get a better grip on reality, and stop letting their emotions get in the way, we can begin to tackle real issues.
