After a long time falling out former members of Ca$h Money Millionaires, Lil Wayne and Mannie Fresh have reunited, and will work together on Wayne’s upcoming LP, Tha Carter V. The two have not recorded together since 2004′s Tha Carter, but fellow producer, Charles Pettaway, also pictured, tweeted this photo of the three of them in the studio together in Atlanta, GA, with the caption “Me, Lil Wayne and Mannie Fresh at the studio.”

Hahah yungplex, you might be alone here. Mannie Fresh is hot garbage, and that label and No Limit completely ruined the south for me. I used to love the syrupy funk coming from Pimp C, T-Mix from Suave House, NO Joe and Mike Dean. Then it became too much 808, synth’s and rapid hihats. Now all of the beats from the south sound exactly the same. BORING!!!!!

This is not news in my world… Bumpin’ the new J-Live LP right now, thanks HHS for posting it. I get frustrated with HHS for posting about this nonsense but then they remind me why I still come through every day.
