You sound hurt, Mr. Caps lock. I will agree that most of the music being released is wack, but these lame dudes are even worse. Battling has been played out for a long time. It simply bores me to listen to half ass MC’s perform their half ass written verses over no beat. Plus none of these dudes can deliver any rhyme with any cadence or flow, it’s just wack and it’s a waste of time. I have said before that I grew up going to the good life in South Central, and I heard true styles and true freestylers, who had 100 times the skill as these screaming morons. Plus they had to do that without cussing. Try to ask any of these guys to do that. Even the cats who performed writtens, were so much more skilled in their performance and delivery than anyone from King of the Dot or Slaughter. Mikah 9 or supernatural would destroy any of these clowns without throwing a diss, cuz they are that much better. Most of the people on this board have been listening or involved with hip hop for a very long time, and we have seen the evolution of the music from 87-97 and the devolution since. These battle dudes are an extension of the wackiness. Krs would have made all of these guys look like fools, and he would have done of the top of his dome, without rehearsing.
