According to the New York Daily News former Rocafella ceo Dame Dash is in the process of being sued by his ex, Linda Williams.According to the article:

Linda Williams is suing her ex Damon Dash for $1 million in compensatory damages, claiming that he harassed their son, Damon 2nd, and lied to the NYPD. In court papers that surfaced on Tuesday, Williams’ attorneys claim that Damon “threatened” their son after he found the 17-year-old deejaying in an NYC nightclub and then held the teen against his will in his apartment. When Williams then attempted to get a restraining order against her ex, she claims, Dash provided false testimony that she had sent him 10 e-mails earlier that summer, which violated a Family Court protective order.
