Out of nowhere comes this trap cover of “Jump Around” by Ninjasonik and Traptain Morgan, produced by Slimmy Neutron. Thoughts?

In anticipation for his new album, The Life Acoustic, Everlast performs a solo version of his House Of Pain classic, “Jump Around” on his guitar. All this time, I thought the lyric was “Got more rhymes than a bottle’s got songs…..”, which I like better anyway….

Everlast plans to release an acoustic album called, The Life Acoustic, which will feature covers of some of his favorite songs, such as Slick Rick’s “Children’s Story” and House of Pain’s “Jump Around”.

“I wanted to dig up some of the songs that I felt were gems, yet they didn’t get enough of a look the first time; and maybe in this light, they”ll shine,” says Everlast. “I picked my favorite songs, and recorded them straight-up acoustic, maybe a little keyboard and that”s it. There”s part of me that thinks maybe this is what I”m supposed to be doing… I”ve done a couple of European tours acoustically now, and this just feels like the right time to put out an acoustic album.”
