Hot 97 gets a “reality” show, airing tonight on VH1, but its pretty clear that this is a scripted comedy show using the personalities from the station. In addition to cameos from Macklemore and Kanye West, the show spotlights jocks Funk Master Flex, EBro, Cipha Sounds, Peter Rosenberg, Miss Info, Angie Martinez, and more.

We’ve been digging in the HHS cassette vault for treats….. We think this one has been out of circulation for a while. It finds Young Hova (and we mean young) up at Hot 97 on Fatman Scoop’s show, freestyling over the beat from “Can’t Knock The Hustle”, with a few lines from “Cashmere Thoughts” sprinkled in.
