So along with cars and weapons, Germany provides great graffiti artists as HOW and NOSM. Better be great to reprezent the legendary Tats Cru, from the Bronx. HOW recalls 2000, feb 7th : the day Big Punisher passed away, the whole Tats Cru took their cans out in the snow, and did The Bronx Legend a fitting Memorial. Huge.
