Kid Cudi’s “Pursuit of Happiness” is finally ready for the club, with Tony Arzadon’s new remix, which adds aggro-electro stabs and somewhat of a dirty dutch breakdown to the Lonely Stoner’s infectious, melodic new single. I always thought Benny Benassi’s remix was a bit too over-the-top, so this brings it back down to earth a bit, still delivering a big room feel. I’m not sure I dig the very standard “kick-snare-kick-snare” drum pattern at the beginning here, but it’s got nice build-ups and overall larger feel than the original. – DJ Pizzo
