In the final episode of Road to Total Slaughter, alliances are tested when West Coast brethren Daylyt and Dizaster go head-to-head. But first, Big-T takes on T-Rex. The winners of these two battles secure their spot on the undercard of Total Slaughter.

With just eight hours to prepare, the contestants learn who their first round opponent will be. Everyone heads to Slaughter Studios in Brooklyn for the first round of the tournament to earn a spot on the undercard of the Total Slaughter main event on July 12th. In this episode, Aye Verb goes up against Big T, and wildcard entry T Rex battles Detroit’s own Marv Won.

Royce Da 5’9 spoke with VladTV about the effect of Kendrick Lamar’s “King of New York” verse and artists responding to him for his bold lyrical claims. He began by addressing Big Sean not rewriting his verse after hearing Kendricks’s, in which Kendrick threw shots at him on his own song. Royce felt that Sean not rewriting for him was “real G,” however he wouldn’t want to let anyone best him in such a way on his own track. He also addressed Joel Ortiz’s response to Kendrick as well.
