Nine Inch Nails mastermind, Trent Reznor, has revealed via Facebook, that he is working on “interesting projects” with Beats By Dre. While little details have been given, Reznor says he has worked with Dr. Dre, Jimmy Iovine and the Beats By Dre team for the past year, on something that is “probably not what you’re expecting”.

“I have been wanting to experiment and focus my energy and creativity in some different directions, and Beats has afforded me that very opportunity,” Reznor said. “The process has been challenging and fascinating and as much as I’d like to tell you about the things we’ve dreamed up . . . I just can’t. Not yet . . .”

That being said, we’re expecting headphones, but Reznor’s quote suggest otherwise…
