Lupe @ HipHopSite in 2004 w/ DJ Pizzo & Andreas Hale

Here goes a newly discovered leftover from Lupe Fiasco’s debut album finding the Chi-town record riding on top a west-coast influenced track – sounding perhaps like something produced by Jellyroll – even the hook suggests hanging out the side of a Chevy Impala. While the production seems a bit generic in contrast to the rest of Lupe’s catalog, the shit bumps regardless. Might give this a try next time I have to do a 10pm doors-opening set.
