DMX may avoid jail time for his recent parole violation (and subsequent court room spaz out), by instead joining the cast of Celebrity Rehab, where he is the #1 pick, according to a report by TMZ. DMX’s attorney Gary Jenkins says they were contacted by the show after news of X’s arrest broke this week. The show plans to send a representative to appear in court, much like they did with Dr. Drew and American Idol’s Jessica Sierra, to see if he can be put in rehab, rather than doing jail time.
