Sources say that the estate of Michael Jackson has signed a lucrative deal with Sony Music Entertainment, which will include ten projects over a period of seven years, with a value that could be worth up to $250 million. A low ball figure for the deal guarantees at least $200 million, beating out previous record holders Jay-Z and Madoanna, who signed with Live Nation Entertainment Inc. for $150 and $120 million, respectively.

The new deal will include a brand new album due this November, with never before released recordings from MJ, most likely including previously recorded but yet unreleased collaborations with will.i.am and Akon. Other projects may include a video game, a video compilation on DVD, and a special extended edition release of “Off The Wall”. [Source: Y!]
