Eminem’s “Not Afraid” Is Second Rap Song To Enter Billboard Chart @ #1

Eminem broke all kinds of records with this new single, “Not Afraid”, as we will see on tomorrow’s Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart. The reflective, clean-and-sober anthem is the second rap song to ever enter the chart at #1, following Puff Daddy’s “Missing You”, his dedication to B.I.G., performed with Faith Evans and 112. It also is the 16th song across all genres to ever enter the chart at #1, in the chart’s 52 year history. 380,000 digital downloads were sold in just four days, according to Soundscan, making it the biggest sales week for one track this year. The song is taken from the album Recovery, dropping June 22nd.
