As the story goes, Blockhead and some friends got together for a project with Joanna Erdos of The Midnight Show on vocals, called The Mighty Jones. They recorded a few demos together, but one of the members died, leaving the project in limbo. Some time passed, and they began to toy with the idea of getting the band back together, so to speak. While there may be future plans for the additional tracks they recorded, Block released these three demos via his blog, Phat Friend (which by the way has one of the funniest header logos for a blog we’ve ever seen). These are rough, early versions just to give a taste of what the crew may or may not eventually release.
