R.A. The Rugged Man is currently on tour supporting his critically acclaimed new album Legends Never Die, and after a recent stop in Germany, R.A. caught up with DLTLLY for an in-depth video interview. In the clip, R.A. speaks on his tenure with major labels Jive and Priority, explaining that (contrary to industry rumor) neither label ever dropped him, and that he actually paid to get out of his Jive contract. R.A. also calls the hip-hop media “amateurs,” and speaks on a number of other topics. Legends Never Die is the official follow-up to R.A.’s critically acclaimed album Die Rugged Man Die, and features appearances from the likes of Hopsin, Tech N9ne, Talib Kweli, Vinnie Paz, Krizz Kaliko, Brother Ali, Masta Ace, Sadat X, Eamon, and more. It’s now in stores everywhere.
