For Killer Mike, that happens to be his own podcast Educated Villains, which he uses as a platform to enlighten listeners on issues they may not be aware of. “I just think rappers should take the time to say something,” Killer Mike says. “A lot of times our messages are in our music, but because the beat and the grooves are so dope people miss it. I think that we owe the audience at this point.”
