Up and coming Q-boro emcee, SHIRT., has been making noise on the underground over the last couple of months, and you may have heard him on the “4th Chamber” freestyle on my Wu-Tang Killa B-Sides 2013 mixtape. Last week, he set up a pretty good publicity stunt, by tweeting a New York Times article about himself, which he actually faked, likely with the intention of getting caught. Today he backs up his own claims with his new Rap album, which presents 10 tracks from the emcee.
