Yeah, the above math problem checks out, as each Pete Rock, RJD2, and Maseo of De La Soul will collaborate on indie rock outfit Yo La Tengo’s Here to Fall Remixes, which drops on June 8th on Matador Records. The trio will remix the track “Popular Songs”. We hear Pete’s rhyming on this one – but who’s on the beat, Pete or RJ? And is RJ singing the hook? We’ll know soon enough.
