International loverman and Roc Nation artist Jay Electronica teases his upcoming LP by releasing a screenshot of the proposed tracklist via Twitter. Guests include Kanye West, Serge Gainsbourg, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Jay-Z, The-Dream, Latonya Givens, Diddy, The Bullitts, Erykah Badu, and of course, Ronald Reagan.
