The innanet exploded this past week with speculation that Barack Obama was an extra in Tag Team’s “Whoomp! There It Is” video in 1993 (at the 1:01 mark). Gawker.Com, who broke the original story, got in touch with Tag Team, whom were happy enough answer some questions and get some much needed press in 2010. [cont.]

In a story broken by Gawker.Com, eagle-eyed, nostalgic YouTube watchers repeatedly viewed the video for Tag Team’s “Whoomp There It Is, upside down and inside out, and have discovered that Barack Obama was allegedly in the video.
