Looks like Lil’ Wayne has caught yet another break, with his jail sentencing postponed once again, due to a fire that broke out at the Manhattan Criminal Court building, where he was to be sentenced this morning on weapons charges, TMZ reports.

The fire broke out before Wayne even arrived in New York, eliminating any suspicion that he breathed on the building and set it ablaze. It began at 10:29 AM, originating from the basement, leading to a complete evacuation of the building and closure of the building for the rest of the day. By 11:55, the fire was under control, despite pleas from Wayne’s fans who insisted water was not needed, and that they let the motherfucker burn, we assume.

This is the second time Wayne’s been kept from going in, as he first saw delay due to a much needed eight root canal surgery last month.
