Rapper Snoop Dogg, legally known as Calvin Broadus, scored a smashing victory against British border authorities who arrested him in 2006, for causing a bloody ruckus at London’s Heathrow Airport, banishing him from the land of tea and crumpets forever.

In 2007, he was denied entry into the country, with authorities citing his dodgy drug and weapon charges of his past as reason for his banishment, but Snoop called upon fellow celebrities Paul McCartney and David Beckham to insure the court that the yankee was no wanker.

The ban was lifted in 2008, however officials couldn’t give a toss, and took the case to the court of appeal where the ruling was reversed. This didn’t stop Snoop, who felt the decision was the Dogg’s bollocks, taking the case to the U.K. Asylum and Immigration Tribunal on Friday. His lawyers urged the court that he was a jolly good old chap, citing examples of Snoop as a high-school coach and guest on family friendly shows like The View and Fatherhood.

After undergoing the full monty, a ruling was reached and released to both sides on Monday, ultimately deciding that the ban be thrown out, allowing Snoop back into the U.K. Home Office officials issued a statement stating they are “disappointed” by the decision. [Source: SP]
