Scott “Scooter” Braun – who manages both Asher Roth and Beiber – ended his reign of Twitter terrorism today, by finally turning himself in to authorities, after being on the run, tweeting out of control since November. The charges, reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance, were brought up on Braun after police asked him to cancel-via-Twitter an out-of-control autograph signing at Roosevelt Field mall, leaving one girl hospitalized at the hands of rabid, frothing, screaming Beiberists. Scotter pleaded not guilty to both counts in Nassau County Criminal Court in New York, but could face a year in prison if convicted. [Source: TMZ]
